The Rules For Using SecOpsium

By accessing or using SecOpsium, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any additional terms that may apply to specific features or plans.

If you use SecOpsium on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

SecOpsium is a security validation platform that helps teams scan code, repository content, and related assets for secrets, vulnerabilities, configuration issues, and other security findings.

The product may include early-access, alpha, beta, or experimental features. Those features may change, be delayed, or be removed as we continue improving the service.

You may only scan repositories, systems, and other assets that you own or that you are explicitly authorized to access and assess.

You are responsible for making sure your use of SecOpsium complies with your organization's policies, contractual obligations, and applicable laws.

• Do not scan targets you are not allowed to access.
• Do not use the service to hide malicious activity or bypass security controls.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, your rights to a repository, or the purpose of a scan.

You are responsible for the credentials, devices, and integrations used to access your account. Keep your password, API tokens, and connected service permissions secure.

Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident involving your account.

You agree not to use SecOpsium in a way that is harmful, abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or disruptive to the service or to other users.

• Attempting to interfere with, bypass, or probe the platform without authorization.
• Uploading malware or using the service to distribute harmful content.
• Abusing rate limits, credentials, or third-party integrations.
• Using the service to violate privacy, intellectual property, or export-control laws.

SecOpsium may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as GitHub, email providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and infrastructure vendors.

Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for issues caused by third-party outages, changes, or restrictions outside our control.

Some features may be offered for free, while others may require a paid plan, usage-based fee, or separate commercial agreement.

If a subscription or payment is required, the price, billing cycle, taxes, and renewal terms will be shown at the time of purchase or in the product.

SecOpsium, the software, the site design, and all related branding, content, and code are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to us or our licensors.

You retain ownership of the content you submit or connect to the service, subject to the permissions needed for us to operate the product and provide the features you request.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you give us permission to use that feedback without restriction and without obligation to compensate you.

SecOpsium is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Security findings are informational and do not guarantee that all issues have been found or that your systems are secure.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, flawless scanning, or error-free operation, especially while the product is in early access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the service during the period giving rise to the claim, or to the minimum amount permitted by law if no payment was made.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the platform, or if we need to do so for legal or security reasons.

You may stop using the service at any time. Certain account data may remain in our systems for backups, logging, or legal compliance after termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice through the service or by email.

If you continue using SecOpsium after changes take effect, that continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
